Payment Terms

This is a trade only site and in order for you to place an order with us you will need to register your details on this site. Once your order has been placed, you will automatically be e-mailed a confirmation.

There is a minimum order value of £120.00 + VAT (exclusive of carriage).

If this is your first order with us, or indeed you are an overseas customer ~ you will be e-mailed a pro-forma invoice. You can pay either by cheque payable to Five Dollar Shake, via your bank and the BACS system or on this site via Sagepay, (formerly Protx) a highly secure on-line payment method.

If you are an existing five dollar shake customer you will receive an invoice shortly after receiving your order and payment is due strictly 30 days from the date of invoice.

Your order will be added to our production schedule and will be delivered as soon as possible. As an entirely handmade product, from time to time we may experience longer lead times although you will be advised of our anticipated delivery.
